Mr. Bartoszek brings extensive international experience and joins a distinguished group of individuals at both the Board of Directors and Advisory Board levels to provide strategic guidance and support to expand the company’s operations globally.

Mr. Bartoszek has over 25 years of business experience working in successive positions in engineering, analysis, economics, and commodity trading. In 2004, Mr. Bartoszek took over as Managing Director, Oil at Glencore Ltd., where he was responsible for all of the company’s oil trading activities, including crude oil, fuel oil, middle distillates, gasoline, LPG, natural gas, derivatives, and shipping. Glencore is one of the world’s leading integrated producers and marketers of commodities, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, and listed on the London and Hong Kong stock exchanges. Mr. Bartoszek began his employment with Glencore in 1997. In January 2011, Mr. Bartoszek retired from his daily responsibilities at Glencore. He continues to serve as a consultant to the firm. Previously, Mr. Bartoszek worked at General Dynamics and Texaco.
In February 2010, he was named a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Chemoil Corporation, a leading worldwide supplier of marine fuels. On September 16, 2011, he was confirmed as a limited partner of the New York Yankees Baseball Club.
